FAMOS course
Here we teach quick data analysis and data visualization for waveforms of any origin, and their documentation. With the aid of a macro language, examples of signal analysis from everyday measurement engineering practice are treated and from these, the most complex events within the data are extracted.
FAMOS Course I, 1 day
Training contents:
- Basic FAMOS functions
- Curve window functionality
- Application of mathematics functions
- Working with the File Browser
- Working with the Waveform Editor
- Documentation by means of the Report Generator
- Creating waveforms
- Data exchange in a Windows environment
Prerequisites:
- Basic PC skills (familiarity with graphical user interfaces under Windows)
FAMOS Course II, 1 day
Training contents:
- Creating sequences
- Debugging and editing automated processes
- Using loops and conditions
- Isolating events from waveforms
- Use of wildcards
- Use of text operations
- Sequences with parameter transfer
- Automation of documentations/ analyses
- Introduction to the use of the Kits
- Applying a file filter
- Export to Excel and in ASCII
Prerequisites:
FAMOS Course III, 1 day
Training contents:
- KIT overview
- Integrating Window libraries (DLL)
- Advanced data exchange in a Windows environment (DDE)
- In-depth treatment of sequence composition
- Optimization of participants' custom applications
FAMOS Course IV File-Assistant, 1 day
Training contents:
- Creating a file import filter
Prerequisites:
Type: Freestyle training / Software

Participants are encouraged to use their own PCs on which FAMOS is installed and measured data are stored.
